The Story of THE POWER OF i

Over 23 years, my experiences with some of the best organisations and leaders in the world gave me a strong grasp on business, and a deep understanding of leadership in the VUCA context.

Just when I felt sure of what I had learnt, the pandemic turned everything that I, and the rest of the world thought we knew, on its head! As a professional, I saw businesses and leaders struggle with the unprecedented challenges of the new reality. But as a parent, I experienced my children become stronger despite the pandemic, and leverage the crisis to their advantage! I spent long hours reflecting on what made these two scenarios so different. I pondered over the revised meaning of leadership in the BANI context we now live in – brittle, anxious, non-linear and incomprehensible.

I began to visualise the kind of world we can create, if only we enable leaders to turn this super challenging reality into an opportunity; to move from struggling and barely surviving to thriving. I believe the answer lies in catalysing positive impact through the power of inclusiveness, and the significant innovation that this can unleash. I call my model of leadership for the new, BANI world, THE POWER OF i .

I am one of those fortunate people on this planet, whose passion is their profession. I am anchored in my Purpose to make an IMPACT in the world, for which I invest myself in leaving every situation and person better and richer for my involvement. I am a constant work-in-progress, who strives for excellence, thrives on continuous learning, and seeks out new and diverse experiences and relationships.

I wear many hats: leadership impact coach, DEI champion, mother, wife, daughter and friend.

My professional journey has been varied and exciting, across business, consulting and entrepreneurship.

I follow many passions (singing, drama, writing, travelling and yoga), and want to be a role model for my daughters to know that they can be and do anything they aspire for.
