A 6-8 week organisation and leadership diagnostic exercise, combining the science of quantitative assessment and the art of deep listening and intuitive judgement, to
- Help a CEO/ CXO understand the current readiness and capability of the organisation/ business unit, and its executive leadership (as a collective), to thrive in a BANI world, and
- Create a development action plan to enhance organisation and leadership capability to unleash THE POWER OF i
- This offering is an Organisation and Collective Leadership Health Check. You can choose to add a deep-dive Leader Diagnostic for individual leaders.
THE POWER OF i - Growth Journey
A 6-month development journey to build organisational and leadership capability to thrive in the BANI world, by unleashing The Power of i, through
- Coaching and developing groups of 8 – 15 leaders (from the C-suite downwards), to build their own capability to thrive in a BANI world, and
- Forming and mentoring diverse, action learning teams focussed on strategic organisational interventions to institutionalise THE POWER OF i
Selecting the Right Offering for Yourself
YOU could begin with THE POWER OF i – Booster Session (Offering 1) to spark the right thinking and initiate the conversation in your organisation/ team

Within this offering, you have the option of an Organisation and Collective Leadership Health Check (Offering 2A), and additionally, a deep-dive Leader Diagnostic (Offering 2B)
Armed with THE POWER OF i – RAT analysis and insights, we can then partner with you on THE POWER OF i – Growth Journey (Offering 3), to fortify your organisation and your leaders. Through the six month process, we would work with your leaders to enable them to a) Introspect from within, b) learn and experience how to Inspire diverse others, and c) Institutionalise the way of inclusive leadership through systemic interventions (delivered using an Action Learning Approach with diverse teams)
