FAQs ON Offering 1 - THE POWER OF i - Booster
The professional fee for THE POWER OF i Booster is Indian Rupees Fifty Thousand (INR 50, 000) plus GST* (*applicable for clients based in India).
THE POWER OF i is our proprietary leadership model for the BANI world. It applies to all types of businesses, of all sectors. The Booster session is our signatory talk for organisational leaders. The fee for the Booster includes an introductory conversation with your key stakeholder to understand your business context and needs, and alignment of the session to your reality, audience and language.
THE POWER OF i Booster can be conducted as a physical session in your organisation, or as a virtual session. We would be happy to discuss the pros and cons of these options, and to advise you on which of these would better suit your needs.
THE POWER OF i Booster is relevant for all organisational leaders, across levels and functions. We would ask that you actively involve your executive leaders in this forum, to catalyse meaningful conversation about organisational and leadership capabilities needed in the new world. Senior leadership presence also signals the importance and willingness to drive a shift in thinking and action.
You could include up to 200 leaders in the session. Personal interactivity would be the highest in smaller groups of up to 20 leaders. We would be happy to have a dialogue with you about the numbers and composition of the audience, to give you the best return on your investment of time and money, in the session
FAQs ON Offering 2 - THE POWER OF i -
Rapid Assessment Test (RAT)
The THE POWER OF i – RAT includes an organisational diagnostic, and can additionally include a deep dive leadership diagnostic covering leaders identified by you, in counsel with us. The professional fee for the organisational diagnostic would be between Indian Rupees Four and Six Lakhs plus GST (applicable for clients based in India). I.e. INR 4 to 6 lakhs* + GST (*based on the scale of the organisation/ BU to be assessed) Additionally, if you want to do a deep-dive Leadership Diagnostic, this would cost Indian Rupees One and a half Lakhs plus GST per leader in scope. I.e. INR 1.5 lakh + GST per leader (^tiered pricing is possible based on the no. of leaders to be covered)
The organisational diagnostic in the THE POWER OF i – RAT would include systemic analysis of your organisation/ BU plus collective leadership insights about your CXO pool and action planning for capability building – of the organisation and of the leadership as a whole).
If you also choose to include a Leadership Diagnostic for specific leaders, you would receive deep individual insights and an action plan for every leader in scope, besides the organisational level analysis and plan.
Our approach to diagnostics is combining the rigour of science along with the art of judgement based on intuition and observation. We would be happy to discuss specific tools and tasks that are deployed in the THE POWER OF i – RAT
FAQs ON Offering 3 - THE POWER OF i - Growth Journey
The professional fee for THE POWER OF i Growth Journey is Indian Rupees Five Lakhs plus GST* (*applicable for clients based in India), i.e. INR 500, 000 + GST per leader. This assumes that the Leadership DIagnostic has been completed and analyzed for the selected leaders. Incase this has not been done, the Power of I RAT (at least the organization diagnostic) would need to first be completed quickly, before embarking on the Growth Journey. And the leaders in scope would need to undergo a deep dive leadership diagnostic, priced at Rs 1.5 lakhs + GST, per leader.
THE POWER OF i Growth Journey is a six month intervention to build organisational capability AND leadership capability for a BANI world. It consists of a portfolio of development inputs and experiences for the participating leaders, to enable them to
- Introspect deeply and build the crucial capabilities of self awareness, self compassion, resilience, composure, agility, humility and intuition,
- Learn how to inspire and lead diverse teams with empathy and deep listening, and bring out the best in others by recognising and leveraging complementary strengths, and
- Institutionalise inclusive leadership by working on systemic solutions and mechanisms, through action learning projects
A cohort of 8 – 15 selected leaders would embark on THE POWER OF i Growth Journey together, learning together and from each other, and supporting each other’s development. The experiences they would go through will be a mix of individual reflection, coaching and development exercises, and group discussions and learning.
